Learn proper pruning techniques at upcoming workshop

Spring is just around the corner, and it is almost time to start pruning your trees and shrubs. Learn the correct tools and methods to prune small trees, shrubs, and plants in the home landscape

at a workshop on Saturday, March 3 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Fruita Community Center.

Kamie Long, Colorado State Forester, will host the workshop, which includes visual presentations and hands-on instruction. The fee is $15 per person, and includes all reading materials and lunch.
