Family Health West announces pediatric rehab center opening
Family Health West is proud to announce the opening of their new Pediatric Rehabilitation Center treating youth, ages newborn – 18 years of age. They will hold an open house Sept. 13 from 4 – 6:30 p.m.
The Pediatric Rehabilitation Center, located in Fruita at 576 Kokopelli Blvd, Suite F, provides physical, occupational and speech-language therapies treating a variety of conditions. “Our experienced, caring therapists offer a variety of services that can help children experience the world with greater confidence due to improvements in mobility, strength and coordination, cognition, communication, social-emotional development, and/or sensory processing,” said manager of therapies, Melissa Ippolito, “We help children who are experiencing difficulty meeting the demands of development – like sitting, crawling and walking, communicating, feeding, dressing themselves, socializing, and much more.”
