Local business recognized for support of military members, their families

The Cherry Creek Radio of Montrose has been recognized for their support of military service members and their families.

Specifically, Paul Orlando, General Manager signed an Employer Statement of Support provided by the US Department of Defense, and received the special “Patriotic Employer” Award for their above and beyond support of their military employees. One of their employees is Justin Lee, currently serving in the Colorado National Guard was the nominator for this award.

ESGR, established in 1972, is a Department of Defense agency that seeks to develop and promote a culture in which all American employers support and value the military service of their employees by recognizing outstanding support. ESGR operates via a network of hundreds of volunteers within 54 Field Committees throughout the United States. Colorado has such a committee.
