Fun-filled family event includes checking out robotic dinosaurs, breakfast, musical entertainment and stories by Mrs. Claus and highlighted by special visit by Santa.

Center for Independence 1st Annual Canine Christmas.  10 a.m.- 1 p.m., 740 Gunnison Ave., G.J. Registration at 9:30 and costume contest at 10:30. Entry fee is $20 which includes photo with Santa, doggy goodie bag, and two tickets for chance to win door prize. All dogs must be on a leash.
